دوره پسا دکتری خود را تحت حمایت بنیاد ملی نخبگان از سال 1391 تا 1394 ، به طور مشترک در مرکز تحقیقات بیوشیمی- بیوفیزیک (IBB) و گروه بیوتکنولوژی دانشگاه تهران گذراندم. در این مقطع تمرکز اصلی من بر روی تعیین توالی نوکلئوتیدی و آمینو اسیدی پروتئین های جدید، تعیین ساختار و عملکرد آنها و همچنین کریستالوگرافی آنها بوده است.
همچنین دوره دکتری خود را بر روی جداسازی و خالص سازی پروتئین ها، مطالعه ساختار و عملکرد آنها و یادگیری و توسعه تکنیک های مرتبط در این عرصه در مرکز تحقیقات بیوشیمی و بیو فیزیک (IBB) و آزمایشگاه بیوتکنولوژی پروتئین دانشگاه تهران در بهمن ماه 1390به اتمام رساندم.
من مدارک کارشناسی و کارشناسی ارشد خود را در رشته شیمی اخذ کرده ام. در دوره کارشناسی اولین فعالیت های پژوهشی خود در زمینه استخراج ترکیبات موثره طبیعی گیاهان بومی ایران را زیر نظر اساتید برجسته دانشگاه بین المللی امام خمینی آغاز نموده و این علاقه مندی را در دوره کارشناسی ارشد به صورت جدی تری بر روی استخراج و شناسایی مواد طبیعی از بافت آبزیان ادامه دادم.
از سال 1394 عضو هیات علمی پژوهشگاه بیوتکنولوژی کشاورزی هستم و به مدت شش سال است که در بخش زیست شناسی سامانه ها در پروژه های تحقیقاتی تعریف شده در زمینه شناسایی، تعیین ساختار و عملکرد آنزیم های صنعتی جدید از داده های متاژنوم در حال تحقیق می باشم. نتیجه این تحقیقات منجر به شناسایی آنزیم های نوترکیب زیادی از گروه زایلانازها، سلولازها، پروتئاز و لیپاز و .... گردید و تمام این آنزیم های جدید با نام های ایرانی در پایگاه داداه های جهانی مانند NCBI و مقالات معتبر علمی ثبت شده اند.
شناسایی و معرفی آنزیم های صنعتی جدید با رویکرد مهندسی آنزیم های نوتریکب، بررسی ویژگی های بیوشیمیایی آنزیم های نوترکیب جدید و افزایش خواص عملکرد آنها با تثبیت جهت ارائه به صنعت، از زمینه های تحقیقاتی و مورد علاقه اینجانب می باشد.
